Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Desk / Finance Manager to join our automotive sales team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of managing customer relationships, overseeing financing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As a key member of our dealership, you will drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service, structuring deals efficiently, and guiding clients through the financing journey. Your expertise in automotive finance, negotiation, and regulatory compliance will help us deliver seamless experiences that turn prospects into loyal customers. Duties Manage the sales desk by assisting customers with vehicle selections and financing options, ensuring a smooth and engaging buying experience Conduct thorough credit analysis and evaluate client financial information to structure appropriate loan deals Facilitate loan processing by preparing contracts, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other federal regulations Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms for clients Upsell additional products such as automotive insurance, warranties, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Maintain detailed records of transactions using financial software like CDK or similar platforms; ensure accuracy with 10-key typing and math skills Negotiate deal terms effectively while adhering to automotive sales industry regulations and dealership policies Ensure all loan agreements comply with legal standards including title processing, deal structuring, and credit approval procedures Provide exceptional client communication throughout the sales process to foster trust and long-term relationships Stay informed on industry knowledge of financial regulations, including credit analysis standards, dealership compliance requirements, and automotive finance laws Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in automotive finance management within a dealership setting Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and financial software such as CDK or equivalent platforms Knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, title processing, and compliance standards Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell products confidently Solid understanding of credit analysis, deal structuring, and transaction processing in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math accurately; proficient in 10-key typing for data entry tasks Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction Familiarity with dealership operations related to automotive financing, insurance products, and contract management Industry knowledge of financial regulations affecting auto loans and leasing agreements Join us as we empower our customers through expert guidance on their vehicle purchase journey! $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
