Job Description

Own the monthly and quarterly business health narrative for AI product margins, connecting financial results, operational KPIs, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Partner with revenue, deal, product health, corporate accounting, Central FP&A, and planning teams to align on key assumptions and improve forecast accuracy, while retaining ownership of margin-driver analysis and business interpretation. Develop and continuously improve COGS, gross margin, and unit-economics insights, including actionable driver analysis that influences engineering and business decisions. Leverage AI tools to improve rhythm-of-business processes, automate recurring analysis, and increase the speed and quality of insights. Monitor financial health through defined OKRs, P&L results, and operational metrics; surface emerging risks and opportunities and drive cross-functional follow-through. Translate complex findings into executive-grade communications and facilitate decisions across engineering, marketing, and finance leadership. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience with progressive advancement within the discipline. Strong partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence business partners without direct authority and appropriately push back when required. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving technology and business model trends. Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly commercial public and private cloud services, business models, and economics, strongly preferred. Ability to communicate complex analysis simply, with executive-level oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high-value, high-impact projects through both individual and virtual-team efforts. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to think strategically.
