Job Description
- Partnering with subsidiary CFOs in leading overall financial integration.
- Managing workflows across Business Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams for financial data structure setup, headcount management, corporate allocations, and forecasting deal-driven expenses such as intangibles.
- Enabling full financial forecasting for acquiring business units after deal close.
- Helping acquired companies implement Amazon's Spending & Transaction Policy.
- Driving decision making and integration planning on legal entity choices for customer and vendor financial transactions.
- Tracking and reporting performance metrics related to original acquisition rationale.
- Identifying and taking action on opportunities to support our partners across Amazon's CFO organization to more effectively execute functional integration processes.
- Providing continued and consistent support to subsidiary Finance teams as their needs and circumstances change. About the team

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of complex cross-functional change management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience writing strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations in the midst of ambiguityPreferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology, venture capital, or a related industry experience
