Accounting Manager The Odom Corporation $100,000 - $115,000 paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Washington, Sumner 14515 Steward Road Southeast (Show on map) Aug 29, 2026 Description The Accounting Manager will supervise the General Accounting - General Ledger staff and will be responsible for overseeing all bank reconciliations, reviewing account reconciliations, contributing to month-end financial review and annual audits. This position has the option to be located in the Bellevue, Sumner, or Vancouver, WA office, or the Boise, ID office.
Salary range:
$100,000 - $115,000 (DOE) Company perks and benefits Eligible for EBITDA bonus 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start 9 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401k with employer match Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervises monthly bank reconciliations and oversees all banking functions as an administrator. Confirms accuracy of coding in compliance with company general ledger chart of accounts. Provides guidance to staff, ensuring that work is completed on time and correctly Participates in month-end closing process, including reconciliation of accounts and review/analysis requests from the field Review and prepare year-end audit schedules and work closely with the external auditors. Evaluates and provides feedback regarding budget schedules prepared by the GL team Performs other duties and works on projects as assigned by Assistant Controller or Controller.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience, some supervisory experience preferred Experience with preparing and submitting business tax filings Experience in the beverage industry a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and 10-key. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
