REVENUE INTEGRITY COORDINATOR
to join our
REVENUE CYCLE
team! The Revenue Integrity Coordinator is responsible for analyzing data associated with the revenue cycle to assist with assessing the timeliness, effectiveness, and accuracy of the revenue cycle. Areas of responsibility will include conducting research, performing analysis, identifying opportunities and initiating best practice enhancements of the organization's revenue cycle practices. Specific duties may include tracking revenue cycle key performance indicators, strategic pricing analysis, supporting price transparency, revenue integrity analysis, and reimbursement verification as well as any other additional ad-hoc analysis requested. This position also serves as an expert for the revenue cycle for the areas of responsibility.
HOURS:
Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks Experience/Qualifications Knowledge of business analysis normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other health related profession. Knowledge of revenue cycle practices normally acquired through previous experience including understanding of multiple reimbursement systems. Five years' experience in the area of business analytics with specific expertise in revenue cycle operations preferred. Experience with electronic medical record billing systems, knowledge of EPIC is preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel to create robust spreadsheets. Possesses a high level of resourcefulness, innovation, and interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Ability to use independent judgment and decision-making. Ability to deal with frequent interruptions. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to prioritize workload. Possesses project management, problem solving, and strong analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes. Possesses an understanding of general business concepts and regulatory environment. Strong troubleshooting skills. Possesses conflict resolution skills. Strong customer orientation. Professionalism.
