• Present transparent, menu-based finance and aftermarket protection products to maximize PVR and penetration.
• Structure and submit deals to captive, prime, and subprime lenders for quick approvals and optimal profitability.
• Own the funding process: manage contracts in transit (CIT), resolve funding stipulations immediately, and maintain clean, audit-ready deal jackets.
• Maintain strict compliance with state/federal regulations, lender guidelines, and dealership policies.
• Partner seamlessly with sales desk managers to overcome financing hurdles and turn deals into deliveries.
• Ensure every customer experiences a transparent, efficient, and professional closing process. What We Expect
• Documented track record of consistent success as an Automotive F&I Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Proven benchmarks in

PVR, VSC

penetration, and ancillary product sales.

• Deep knowledge of deal structuring, menu presentation, and secondary finance options.
• Clean CIT management and meticulous attention to contracting accuracy.
