Day shift Post‑training: Flexible start times (8:00 AM to10:00 AM) What You'll Do Handle high‑volume inbound calls from homeowners regarding payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions Make a portion of outbound calls to remind borrowers of upcoming payments and offer payment-by-phone options (not collections) Deliver professional, empathetic service while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance metrics Qualifications 2-3 years of recent call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls Customer service background in financial services, mortgage, banking, or loan servicing preferred Strong job tenure and reliability with no significant employment gaps High school diploma or equivalent Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85040. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
