Job Description

The role resolves customer account issues, billing disputes, and payment discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal policies. This role combines financial operations expertise with a customer-first approach, supporting the Customer Experience organization through accurate, empathetic, and timely resolution of financial inquiries. Responsibilities Responsibilities include resolving customer financial account issues, processing refunds and payment disputes, researching transaction records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The specialist communicates with customers via written correspondence, escalates complex cases as needed, and collaborates with internal teams to drive timely resolutions. Additional duties include providing expert guidance on billing and customer sales tax exemption matters, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting productivity and service-level targets.
