$60,000 - $75,000 We are looking for a highly analytical, systems-oriented Finance & Operations Systems Associate to help support and scale our financial and operational infrastructure as we continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting, finance, or business operations background who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, leveraging technology, and creating operational efficiency. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where initiative, adaptability, and ownership are highly valued.

You will work closely with leadership across finance and operations to improve workflows, support financial processes, build reporting infrastructure, and help implement scalable systems and automation across the organization. What You'll Do Finance & Accounting Operations Support day-to-day accounting and financial operations Manage invoicing workflows and client billing coordination Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and expense management Monitor outstanding balances and support collections follow-up with clients and partners Coordinate payment tracking and reconciliation across systems and accounts Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and external partners regarding invoices, payment status, and account questions Help prepare monthly financial reporting packages and operational performance summaries Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and financial analysis Coordinate with external accounting, tax, and compliance partners Maintain accurate financial records and operational documentation Systems, Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processes Help implement operational systems, integrations, and automation across finance and business operations Support reporting infrastructure and dashboard development Assist with process documentation, SOP creation, and operational standardization Leverage AI and modern business tools to improve efficiency and internal operations Help maintain and improve data accuracy across business systems Business Operations Support Assist with cross-functional operational projects and internal coordination Support operational analysis and business decision-making Help improve internal visibility into financial and operational performance Participate in building scalable infrastructure for a growing organization QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, business operations, or operational analytics Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and process accuracy Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment Preferred Experience working in a startup, healthcare, MSO, or high-growth environment Experience improving operational workflows or implementing systems Familiarity with automation tools, integrations, or AI-assisted workflows Experience with reporting or dashboarding tools Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Tools & Technologies Excel / Google Sheets QuickBooks Online Salesforce / CRM systems Zapier / Make / automation platforms ChatGPT / Claude / AI productivity tools What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly proactive, operationally minded, analytical, resourceful, organized, and excited about improving how a business operates.
