Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team in Seal Beach, California. This role will involve providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our non-profit organization. As part of a long-term position, you will play a key role in managing records, assisting with membership processes, and delivering excellent service to residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Process membership transfers, maintain resident databases, and handle stock ownership documentation.
  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Coordinate inspection requests and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare financial demands and manage payments in coordination with finance and escrow teams.
  • Distribute welcome packets, identification cards, and other essential items to new stockholders.
  • Issue replacement identification cards and manage service passes for eligible individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records for shareholders and assist in preparing year-end mail-out packets.
  • Support Mutual annual meetings and assist with pet registration and caregiver pass documentation.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including maintaining supply levels and generating reports.
  • Provide backup assistance to the Copy Supply department as needed.
