PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Reconcile and funds received for balances due by agents, including processing deposits and EFTs. Handle agency inquiries regarding cash investigations, expedited refunds, chargebacks, and reissuing/reing funds. Prepare monthly and quarterly commission payment summary reports and manual collections statements. Monitor and resolve outstanding/stale-dated checks and analyze non-routine payment disputes. Coordinate with the Marketing department on commission/sales incentive processing questions.
