Robert Half is partnering with a growing Quad Cities financial services organization to add a Financial Operations Specialist - Trust & Investments to its close-knit trust and investment operations team. What You'll Do Process client disbursements, bill payments and tax-related payments Process incoming funds and wire transfers Review transactions and documentation for accuracy and completeness Partner with Trust Officers and Investment Advisors to execute client requests Follow established operational controls and procedures Identify discrepancies and investigate issues before transactions move forward Cross-train across operational functions and provide team coverage as needed Why Consider It?
