Build Your Career With an Established Local Dealership Team E-Z Auto is a multigenerational, family-owned dealership that has served our community for more than 30 years. We are looking for a dependable, personable and detail-oriented team member who wants to learn and grow with us. This hands-on position supports customers from the first inquiry through vehicle delivery and follow-up while coordinating documentation, inventory and daily operations. Automotive experience is not required; we will train the right person. What You'll Do Welcome customers and respond promptly to phone calls, emails, website inquiries and sales leads. Collect customer information and enter it accurately into our Dealer Management System (DMS). Prepare and review lease, retail, purchase-option, wholesale and electronic documents with customers, ensuring records are accurate, complete and confidential. Follow up with customers after delivery, request reviews and assist customers approaching the end of their lease. Track vehicle inventory, Quality Assurance reports, reconditioning, parts returns, photography and website listings. Help maintain compliant documentation and communicate missing information or operational concerns to management. Support social media, online vehicle information, filing, reporting and other needs as part of a small team. Highly organized, accurate, dependable and committed to following tasks through to completion. Comfortable discussing vehicles, payments and paperwork clearly and respectfully. Comfortable learning new technology, accepting feedback and growing professionally. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor degree in business, finance, marketing, communications or related field a plus. Strong computer, data-entry, verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, administration, sales, finance or a similar environment is preferred. Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are preferred but not required. Compensation & Schedule $16.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus bonus and commission opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person position scheduled primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as required.
