Consumer demand is at an all-time high. Unlike traditional debt relief options like settlement, collections, or bankruptcy, the consumer rights attorneys offer a unique and specialized service, disputing clients' debts and helping them take control of their financial futures. The Finance Operations Specialist is responsible for managing daily financial operations with accuracy and efficiency, resolving routine to moderately complex issues, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to identify trends and process improvements, and a commitment to compliance, operational excellence, and client-first experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Process Management Manage daily work queues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and discrepancy resolution. Maintain accurate data across ERP, Salesforce, and related systems, correcting errors and escalating issues as needed. Follow established procedures, controls, and data protection standards while conducting self-audits to ensure accuracy. Execute customer and vendor communications using approved guidelines and provide clear, professional updates. Create and maintain checklists and documentation to support consistency and reduce errors. Analysis & Problem Resolution Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate impacts, and recommend process improvements. Run reports, perform reconciliations, and support billing and operational activities. Independently resolve recurring or moderately complex disputes through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with internal partners to validate commitments, establish expectations, and prevent repeat issues. Client Experience & Continuous Improvement Anticipate client needs and balance service expectations with policy, compliance, and financial requirements. Communicate effectively with various audiences, providing proactive updates and solutions. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. At least one (1) year of experience in finance, accounting, billing, operations, customer support, or similar functions. Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work and operate independently with a high level of accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration across teams. Client-focused mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business requirements. Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables. Working knowledge of ERP systems and transactional processes. Experience with Salesforce and cross-system data management. Ability to follow SOPs and maintain structured documentation.
