Cash Applications Specialist:
Process and apply client payments accurately in the firm's accounting system. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and account variances. Reconcile daily cash receipts, bank deposits, and related financial records. Coordinate with billing, collections, and attorneys regarding payment allocation and account inquiries. Maintain accurate documentation of cash application activities and reconciliations. Support month-end closing activities and reporting related to cash receipts. Qualifications for the
Cash Applications Specialist:
3+ years of cash applications, accounts receivable, or revenue accounting experience. Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred. Hands-on experience with Elite 3E (required). Strong reconciliation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
