This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you will earn $20 - $25 an hour, depending on your experience, and work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. This office has free parking and is conveniently located near local restaurants and highway access. As the Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: Handling relationship support, account maintenance, and service requests. Scheduling meetings and follow up appointments. Coordinating paperwork and e-forms. Assisting with account documentation and internal workflows. Collaborating with advisors and operations team on shared accounts. To qualify for this Client Service Specialist role, you must have at least four (4) years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or in a professional services environment. We also require an associate degree. A series 7 license is a plus.
