$55,000 to $60,000 About the Company Our client is a small, established nonprofit organization serving the local community through mission-driven programs and services. The organization values financial stewardship, operational efficiency, hands-on problem solving, and strong organizational support. This role will play an important part in supporting cash management, financial operations, leadership priorities, and overall organizational efficiency. Position Overview The Cash Analyst will support day-to-day cash management, financial operations, and organizational activities within a nonprofit environment. This role will work closely with leadership to monitor cash activity, support financial reporting and analysis, coordinate administrative priorities, and ensure important tasks and deadlines are effectively managed. The position will assist with cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis while also supporting leadership with scheduling, meetings, reporting, correspondence, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information and multiple priorities in a small organization. The role will also assist with grant and funding activity, tracking cash receipts and expenditures, preparing reports and supporting documentation, and supporting special projects and organizational initiatives.
