Recovery Specialist (Loss Prevention)

As a Recovery Specialist , you will play a critical role in protecting member relationships while minimizing financial loss across multiple product lines. Conducting professional outbound calls to members with delinquent accounts across all assigned product lines Negotiating and securing payment arrangements to resolve past-due balances, prevent charge-offs, and reduce losses Applying empathy-driven, solution-centered problem-solving techniques in every interaction Evaluating member financial situations and recommending appropriate solutions, including debt management or financial counseling resources Accurately documenting account activity and maintaining compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements Collaborating with fellow Recovery Specialists and leadership to ensure consistent coverage, knowledge sharing, and process improvement Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or outbound call-based financial services Demonstrated success as a Recovery Specialist or in a similar role requiring persistence, negotiation, and empathy Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging conversations Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering consistent outcomes Professional judgment, emotional intelligence, and a member-first mindset #INAPR2026
