Director of Deposit Operations Job Summary:
The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for administering, monitoring, and supporting the Bank's online, mobile, and digital payment services, including user setup and maintenance, transaction limits, mobile deposits, Zelle, Bill Pay, and online transfers. This position provides timely, professional support to both internal and external customers, resolving questions and issues while coordinating with branches, internal departments, and third-party service providers. The specialist also supports general ledger activities, audits, reporting, system maintenance, research, troubleshooting, and procedural updates to ensure accurate, efficient, secure, and consistent delivery of the Bank's deposit and digital banking services.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
This list includes the current primary responsibilities of this position. It is not intended to be all-inclusive and is subject to change, as needed, for the purpose of operational efficiency. § Create and review online and mobile users § Answer calls from both internal and external customers. § Support other internal departments with online issues § Review and update mobile deposit limits and deposit transactions § Review and update Zelle limits and transactions § Review and update online limits and transfers § Review and update BillPay limits and transactions § Communicate with Bank's third-party proof processor § Assist with department related general ledger accounts § Complete and assist with any audit request dealing with your primary duties § Notify bank personnel on core/transaction changes from provider § Complete routine reporting and system maintenance § Review and update procedures Secondary Duties/Responsibilities § Assist the various specialists within the department including daily processing, debit card service, and legal request. § Compile research and send it to the requesting branch or department § Organize and file Deposit Operations forms and records
Education Requirements:
§ High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualification Requirements:
§ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. § Ability to work with detailed information in an efficient and accurate manner, while meeting established deadlines. § Proficient computer skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office Tools, and the bank's current software system. § Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. § Motivated individual with the ability to work independently. § General knowledge of basic banking principles. § Ability to work well with customers and co-workers. § Ability to analyze and resolve issues making sound judgments.
Experience Requirements:
§ 2-3 years of general banking experience is preferred. § Fiserv experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
§ Normal office activity. § May require long periods of typing and repetitive motion.

From $46,000.00 per year
