Your New Role:
Utilize your stellar organizational skills and strong technical prowess as our client's next Financial Operations Specialist! In this role, you'll wield your commendable communication skills to greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries. If you have any experience with document management, it may be your greatest asset as you file and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients. You may be requested to complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects. The team is looking for an independent self-starter with a strict eye for detail, who is resourceful and has a high regard for compliance and security procedures. Does this sound like you?
