This role is hybrid within Menlo Park, CA, San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA areas. In this role you will present financial analysis and reporting to executive stakeholders. Translate complex datasets into accessible narratives and client-facing dashboards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our high-profile tech client. You'll also collaborate with the portal analyst group manager on reporting outputs and insights. About the job Join a role where you'll lead accounting and financial operations for a large, complex account or multi-site national portfolio. You'll oversee budgeting, period close, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operational leaders to drive compliance, efficiency, and profitability. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
$89250 per year - $115500 per year What's in it for you Lead end-to-end financial operations across a large or multi-site portfolio. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes that support strategic decisions. Analyze financial performance and deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency. Create and present client-specific financial reports aligned with Project Clear requirements. Partner with senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor supporting growth initiatives. Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to enhance financial performance. Support financial systems, cashless technology, and POS tools while guiding adoption and usage. What you'll bring Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Background leading closing cycles, consolidations, and compliance-focused reporting. Leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting financial capability development. Communication and executive presence suited for client-facing and senior leadership interactions.
Requirements Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field or equivalent experience
Related Experience:
