Job Overview We are seeking an "eager to learn & grow" candidate to join our family owned firm.
HYBRID POSITION.
In the role of Financial Education Outreach Specialist, you will be doing the following: Educating families on financial strategies Guiding clients through financial decisions Conducting financial consultations for personalized plans Helping clients protect their income and assets Assisting families with completing financial goals such as home purchases Building long term client relationships through regular reviews, updates on market trends, and proactive communication Recommending solutions based on client needs using our advanced software Staying current on regulatory changes including completing CE as required Collaborating with other financial sector professionals and create networking opportunities Community outreach and marketing for client acquisition Attend weekly training True about you Willing to become proficiency in financial concepts such as investment plans, insurance, and residential lending Excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and foster ongoing client engagement Ability to communicate ideas clearly while simplifying often complex services for your clients Willing to train & obtain Life, Series 6, MLO licenses (if you don't already have licenses, they are sponsored by us) Compensation Standard pay for services plus commission Performance based bonuses Paid training available Must be able to pass background check & US work authorization
Pay:
$52,656.72 - $75,457.56 per year
