Job Description:
Randstad has an immediate need for a Financial Operations Specialist to support a financial services team with a strong focus on data analysis, invoice processing, and client fund movements .
Important:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. OPT, CPT, or any form of temporary work authorization will not be considered, as no current or future sponsorship is available.

You'll work with numbers, review data for accuracy, and identify discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. Basic to intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail are key. Financial services experience is a plus, but not required - this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical financial and transactional data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies
  • Review numbers and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Process invoices and support billing-related activities
  • Assist with the movement and tracking of client funds
  • Support reconciliation and data cleanup efforts
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve data or transaction issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (recent grads encouraged)
  • Some experience or coursework in data analysis strongly preferred
  • Financial services exposure is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and identifying discrepancies
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate; advanced a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why This Role
