Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Financial Operations Specialist! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location:
We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The Grower Finance- Financial Operations Specialist supports all aspects of the Grower Finance function including customer service, cash distributions to members and equity issuances and redemptions.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Excellent technical skills with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of, or experience with the scrum process of development a plus Individual should possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills; must have the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Must be results oriented with strong attention to detail. Ability to understand and translate legal documents into transactional details. Ability to work in a multi-tasking and time sensitive environment with the ability to prioritize own work within the overall department needs. Dependable, adaptable and a willingness to learn Display high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality Strong customer service skills Preferred Additional experience preferred beyond minimum Beneficial certifications/application knowledgeEducation:

$59,700- $74,600 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
