About the Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Planning Specialist in Peachtree Corners, GA to support their advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial planning, client interaction, and collaborating with advisors to create meaningful financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare for client meetings through data gathering, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and plan development. Create presentation materials and planning recommendations for client discussions. Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and coordinate follow-up actions. Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and ongoing communication. Manage and execute client-related action items while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate client information and support client relationship management efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investments, insurance, or private banking. Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses are strongly preferred; candidates with relevant industry experience who are actively pursuing licensing are also encouraged to apply. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
Pay:
