Financial Services Specialist (Training Provided) Vision Financial is growing our Houston team and looking for motivated, personable individuals who want to develop a long-term career in financial services. As a Client Services Associate, you'll work with individuals and families to help them better understand their financial goals, priorities, and available options. You'll receive the training and guidance needed to build your knowledge and professional skills. Previous financial services experience is not required. Responsibilities Meet with clients to learn about their financial goals and priorities Help clients understand basic financial concepts and available financial solutions Establish and maintain professional client relationships Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service and support Attend company training and licensing preparation when applicable Continue developing professional, communication, and leadership skills Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-focused group Training & Professional Development Structured onboarding and paid training Support with life insurance and investment licensing, where applicable Individual mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals Continued coaching and professional development Opportunities to take on additional responsibility and advance based on performance Qualifications Professional, reliable, and willing to learn Strong communication and people skills Self-driven with a positive and growth-oriented mindset Enjoys working with and helping others Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills Background in customer service, sales, education, leadership, business, or a related field is helpful but not required
