Full Job Description Job Summary:
1099 position, part-time to start — this is NOT a W2 job. Must be 18+ Maybe you're good with people but tired of clocking in for someone else's dream. Maybe you've thought about financial services but weren't sure where to start, or whether you even have what it takes. That's fair — most people who end up thriving here felt the exact same way before their first conversation with us. We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-first individual to join our team as a Part-Time / Full-Time Financial Specialist — someone who's curious enough to ask good questions, patient enough to actually listen to the answers, and disciplined enough to follow through. If that sounds like you, keep reading. If it doesn't, no hard feelings — this isn't for everyone, and that's okay. What You'd Actually Be Doing:
Sitting with clients and asking the kind of questions that help them figure out what they actually need — not pitching, listening Walking families through their options on life insurance, retirement, and legacy planning in a way that respects where they are, not where you wish they were Handling applications and account maintenance with care and accuracy Helping clients understand what's actually available to them — no pressure, just clarity Staying compliant, staying sharp, and knowing when to loop in senior staff on the harder conversations Showing up for training and getting a little better every week Being part of a team that actually wants to see you win Is This You? You're open to learning something completely new — no ego required You're willing to get licensed (we'll help you figure that part out) You want more for your life and, honestly, for the people around you too You communicate well — and more importantly, you know how to listen You care about getting the details right You can work on your own but you're not looking to do this alone You have flexible availability — Thursday nights at 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 10am are strongly recommended for trainingWhat's In It For You:
1099 commission-based, part-time to start Real room to grow — this can become as big as you want it to be Flexible scheduling that works around your life, not the other way around Training and licensing support so you're never figuring it out alone Bonus incentive potentialNext Step:
If any of this landed with you, send over a resume. We're not looking for perfect — we're looking for coachable. We read every application, but we'll only be reaching out to the people we think are a real fit.Company Overview:
