Job Summary We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families protect their financial future by educating them on life insurance products and recommending solutions that meet their needs. Duties Meet with prospective clients to assess their financial protection needs. Educate clients on life insurance products, including term, whole life, and universal life policies. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach. Assist clients with policy applications and underwriting requirements. Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines. Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is preferred but not required. Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
