Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, ABBYY, Inc. (Austin, TX): The Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will prepare and consolidate monthly forecasts and variance analyses using ABBYYs proprietary financial planning models and reporting templates. Will extract and reconcile financial data from ABBYYs internal budgeting and analytics systems (e.g., AFS, OLAP, CloudZero, Procurement, etc). Will ensure data accuracy and consistency with corporate reporting standards. Will collaborate with global functional leads (R D and Operations) to review spending trends, headcount projections, and cost allocations based on company-specific accounting and cost center structures. Will identify and implement improvements in financial processes using knowledge of ABBYYs internal controls, policies, and automation tools. Will supported management with special analyses such as scenario modeling, margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting using proprietary analytical frameworks. Telecommuting from within the U.S. allowed.
Minimum requirements:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Management, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field and three years of professional experience in financial reporting and budget forecasting.
Special requirement:
Must have any level of demonstrated knowledge of: 1) financial modeling and forecasting techniques, including scenario modeling, margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting; 2) corporate budgeting processes and internal cost-allocation frameworks, including collaboration with global cost centers and headcount planning; 3) automation tools used to improve financial processes; and 4) advanced Excel modeling techniques (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation).
