What you'll do: Share insight on slip pricing, fuel margins, maintenance, and tenant dynamics Review potential purchases and advise on operational due diligence Occasional site visits and phone consultations What we're looking for: 12+ years running marinas or harbor facilities Hands-on experience with wet slips, dry stack, fuel, and service operations CMM certification a plus, not required What we offer: Flexible, part-time engagement
