Summary :
The Senior Finance Specialist oversees the day-to-day operations of the finance department under the direct guidance of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role serves as a critical bridge between executive financial strategy and hands-on accounting functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reporting, monitoring corporate cash flow, and maintaining compliance with active contracts. As the strategic right-hand to the CFO, the ideal candidate combines advanced technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive departmental success.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (and/or equivalent work experience). 5 Years of progressive accounting experience. Thorough knowledge of GAAP. Nonprofit accounting knowledge and practical experience. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Wage:
$27.75/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package
