Bilingual Receptionist / Finance Support Specialist Immigration Law Firm |Milwaukee, WI | Part-Time About Us We are a client-focused immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration processes with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Our fast-paced, multilingual environment requires a detail-oriented and personable professional to support both front desk operations and financial processes. Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist / Finance Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while also assisting with basic accounting and financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-service driven, and comfortable working with numbers and administrative systems.

Thursday:
12:00 PM•6:00 PM (6 hours/day) |
Friday:
9:00 AM•3:00 PM | 30 hours per week Key Responsibilities Reception & Client Services Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone Answer and route incoming calls in English and Spanish Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars Maintain a professional and organized reception area Assist clients with intake forms and general inquiries Administrative Support Scan, file, and organize documents (physical and digital) Maintain accurate client records in case management systems Handle incoming and outgoing mail Finance Support Process client payments and issue receipts Assist with invoicing and billing coordination Track account balances and follow up on outstanding payments Support bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) 1-3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or finance-related roles Strong customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Preferred Qualifications Experience in a law firm or professional services environment Familiarity with immigration processes or legal terminology Experience with legal or case management software What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within the firm Supportive and inclusive work environment
Pay:
