Initiate and execute account maintenance, new account setups, purchases, redemptions, and exchanges within established timelines.

Shareholder Services:

Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, providing clear and accurate information regarding fund minimums, account options, and current balances.

Financial Calculations & Adjustments:

Calculate and process exact share trades, determine dividend distributions, and adjust account records in accordance with department policies.

Account Reconciliation:

Routinely reconcile account balances and verify financial data to ensure overall precision and audit readiness.
