Full Job Description Job Summary:
A Wealth Advisor/Financial Planning Specialist will work with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in ensuring each client has received detailed financial planning. This role involves accumulating information, preparing financial plans, working with the client's tax and estate planning professionals, and providing overall service to clients. Oarsman operates a collaborative environment, so the job duties will be far broader based than financial planning and may include any and all of the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in maintaining and building client relationships by addressing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing timely updates.
Financial Planning:
Support the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
Portfolio Management:
Assist in the monitoring and rebalancing of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on investment options, market trends, and economic conditions to support senior advisors in making informed investment decisions.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed reports on investment performance, financial plans, and market updates for clients and internal teams.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to provide a cohesive and comprehensive service to clients. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar setting or role. Bachelors required. CFP, CFA, Master's or Series 65 preferred but not required. Other information -
Location:
Office-based with potential for remote work in certain situations.
Hours:
Full-time, with occasional additional hours as needed.
Travel:
