The ideal candidate would have experience with startups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and/or underwritings. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
