Financial Reporting & Budgeting Analyst in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for documentation of internal control processes & preparation of tax compliance reporting. Position requires a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field + 2 years professional exp. as a Financial Reporting & Budgeting Analyst, Financial Reporting Associate or related occupation. Exp must include 2 years of exp. w/ data analytics tools, US GAAP accounting standards & share-based compensation. Must have 2 years of exp.
w/ each of the following:
1) Financial Reporting incl. preparation of SEC filings & reconciliation; 2) Accounting for equity-based compensation; 3)
GAAP & IFRS
Compliance incl. standards & reporting practices; 4) Creating financial forecasts & budgets; 5) Tax & equity-based financial reporting; 6) Conducting quantitative variance analysis to support informed financial decision-making;
