Job Summary This position is responsible for leading and controlling financial reporting & analysis, developing and implementing HCSC's financial reporting strategy. Position is also responsible for advising and consulting on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.Required Job Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field. + 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience. + 2 years supervisor and/leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring. + Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office + Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization + Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills + Demonstrated project management skillsPreferred Job Qualifications:
