Marlborough, MA | In-person 5 days/week Why This Opportunity Stands Out Play a key role in the global consolidation process for a large multinational organization High visibility with accounting and finance leadership Opportunity to support acquisition integration activities Help drive improvements in reporting, systems, processes, and data quality Collaborative, flexible culture with strong work-life balance Competitive benefits including ESPP and 401(k) match Consolidations Manager Responsibilities Lead and support the global financial consolidation process across multiple reporting entities Review reporting submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries Manage foreign currency translation and intercompany accounting activities Assist with the integration of newly acquired entities Improve consolidation processes, reporting tools, and data quality Partner closely with global accounting teams and cross-functional finance partners Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed Consolidations Manager Qualifications 6+ years of consolidations, financial reporting, or corporate accounting experience Experience in a global or multi-entity environment Strong understanding of foreign currency translation, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (Planful, Oracle, OneStream, SAP, or similar) Advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing experience, CPA, and/or Master's degree are a plus #
