Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K Help manage quarterly and annual external financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the reporting process Research and document technical accounting matters and disclosure requirements Enhance financial reporting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies Qualifications for the
