This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong SEC reporting and US GAAP expertise who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K Support financial statement, footnote, and MD& A disclosures Research and interpret complex US GAAP accounting guidance Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and internal controls Support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with acquisition accounting and other complex transactions Drive process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency This role offers flexibility and some work from home. However, to be considered must live in Colorado.
