Responsibilities:

Oversight of accuracy around accounting for entities Prepare and review all financial statements Perform general accounting duties Support financial due diligence for acquisitions Liaise with auditors

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Accounting or Finance Knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

guidelines required CPA preferred 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Public accounting experience preferred Oil and Gas experience required No sponsorships available
