Job Description The Financial Reporting Manager will support Kinder Morgan's external reporting team and be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating SEC filings, GAAP financial statements, earnings release materials, and other regulatory reporting requirements. This individual will manage complex reporting processes, prepare financial statement footnotes and disclosures, support technical accounting research, partner with auditors and cross-functional teams, and help mentor junior team members. The role requires strong SEC reporting knowledge, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
