Job Description

Member Service Representative Auburn MA Pay:
$20.00/hour at time of conversion, commensurate with experience
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday variable schedule; minimum of two Saturdays per month Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Member Service Representative to assist members with banking, lending, account, and financial service needs. This role will build member relationships through excellent service, needs-based recommendations, and accurate transaction processing. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with account, banking, and lending needs. Recommend appropriate deposit, lending, IRA, mortgage, and other financial products and services. Open and maintain accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate documentation and disclosures. Conduct consumer loan interviews, enter application information, review credit reports, and process qualifying loans within established guidelines. Assist with mortgage applications and refer members to appropriate lending specialists when needed. Balance cash drawers, ATMs, vaults, and other monetary inventories. Follow BSA, Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support other branches, special projects, community activities, and supervisory duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of customer service, banking, lending, credit union, or related financial services experience. Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to learn and explain financial products and services. Flexibility to work Saturdays and variable hours.

Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 7:45 AM-5:15 PM; Thu 7:45 AM-6:15 PM; Sat 8:15 AM-12:15 PM. #TNG123
