Matt McCoy State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional who is currently licensed to sell securities and is interested in building a career helping customers with both their insurance and financial needs. We have an established customer base and are looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships, identifying customer needs, and having meaningful conversations about insurance, retirement, investments, and long-term financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience in financial services but wants the ability to build deeper, long-term relationships with customers. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers. Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and retirement needs. Identify opportunities to help customers with retirement planning and financial products. Conduct customer reviews and uncover additional insurance and financial needs. Educate customers about available products and help them make informed decisions. Follow up with customers and prospects to develop long-term relationships. Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and agency opportunities. Work closely with the agency team to provide an excellent overall customer experience. Maintain appropriate documentation and follow all applicable compliance and suitability requirements. Qualifications We are especially interested in candidates who already hold active securities licenses. Ideal candidates may hold licenses such as: FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 Series 63 and/or Series 66 Series 65, where applicable State Life and Health Insurance License Property and Casualty Insurance License Candidates who are securities licensed but do not currently hold all required insurance licenses may still be considered depending on their experience and qualifications. Relationship-oriented rather than focused solely on making a sale. Self-motivated and comfortable initiating conversations with customers. Organized and consistent with customer follow-up. Competitive and goal-oriented while always putting the customer's needs first. Interested in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in banking, financial advising, investment services, retirement planning, insurance, or a similar financial-services role is highly desirable.
