You'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, gather financial information, and help customers understand potential repayment or mortgage assistance options. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding delinquent mortgage accounts Speak professionally and empathetically with customers about past-due mortgage payments Collect and document customer financial information accurately Educate customers on available repayment plans and potential financial assistance options Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity Follow all company compliance, quality, and customer service standards Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development programs Schedule Full-Time | 40 Hours per

Week Monday-Friday Spring/Summer Hours:

9:00 AM

• 6:00

PM Fall/Winter Hours:

10:00 AM

• 7:00 PM Monthly Saturday Rotation (Required) One half-day Saturday per month Typical hours: 7:00 AM
• 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM
