Job Description

Catalyst is growing and adding a new Customer Enrollment Representative to the team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on helping customers get started with services, supporting account activity, and contributing to daily sales performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process Explain service options, pricing, and promotions in a clear way As a Customer Enrollment Representative, support customers through questions and decisions Handle account updates and general customer requests Keep accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments Stay consistent with daily activity and performance expectations Work alongside the team to hit sales and enrollment goals Start Here - What This Role Is As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll be working directly with customers from the first conversation through enrollment and account setup. You'll walk customers through their options, answer questions, and make sure the process is simple and efficient. This Customer Enrollment Representative role is hands-on, people-focused, and built for someone who wants to stay active while building experience in sales and customer service. What Makes You a Good Fit Comfortable talking to customers and keeping conversations natural Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Reliable, organized, and able to stay consistent day-to-day Interested in sales, customer service, and business experience Previous experience helps, but isn't required
Pay:
$850.00 - $1,400.00 per week
