ETA Pathway is inviting Verizon Entry Level Representatives to help customers experience Frontier's fast, reliable internet and TV. The Full-time Verizon Entry Level Representatives will guide customers through approachable conversations that show how Frontier service keeps our customers connected for entertainment and productivity. As an Verizon Entry Level Representative, your training will help you learn to listen for what a customer really wants from their internet and TV, explain Frontier's services in plain language, and make enrollment easy. The Verizon Entry Level Representative meets customers personally, showing them how Frontier can take the stress out of home connectivity. Core Functions of the Verizon Entry Level Representative Deliver in-person customer engagement by introducing Frontier internet and TV services to customers while supporting customer enrollment growth. Guide customers through service options for Frontier internet and TV services and identify opportunities to drive additional enrollments. Manage customer accounts with care and follow up personally to ensure satisfaction and expand enrollment opportunities with Frontier services. Support the Verizon team by coordinating seamless setup and activation of Frontier internet and TV services in the community. Build lasting relationships through direct customer interactions and promote Frontier internet and TV services to boost overall enrollment performance. Provide ongoing support for Frontier internet and TV services while actively contributing to team enrollment targets and customer retention.
