This includes conducting comprehensive needs assessments, providing personalized financial advice, and actively developing new business opportunities with high-net-worth business and consumer clients. This individual will manage a portfolio of clients, recommend appropriate financial products, and ensure the delivery of tailored banking, credit/borrowing, and investment solutions aligned with each client's goals. Additionally, they collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Associates, Financial Advisors, Commercial and Residential Loan Officers, and other partners to provide holistic financial advice and solutions. Business Sales Development Acquire new clients through referrals, networking and targeted marketing. Actively engage in community and professional events to enhance visibility, build relationships and attract new client business. Host clients, COI's and prospects at bank events to strengthen client relationships and promote new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client's financial needs and inquiries Understand client's financial goals and coordinate with the appropriate internal partners to provide customized financial advice and solutions. Portfolio Management Manage high net worth consumer and business clients, ensuring alignment with financial needs and goals. Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and provide tailored solutions across banking, borrowing and investment products. Schedule and conduct portfolio reviews for all business and consumer clients documenting updates and follow up actions. Achieve a defined percentage growth in deposits, loans and investments. Exceed all assigned sales and referral targets. Operations and Compliance Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements in all sales activities. Ensure all broker dealer compliance/attestation/annual compliance certifications are completed in a timely manner. Ensure all required bank compliance training and expense reports are completed in a timely manner. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in branch private banking. Demonstrated success in business development by cultivating and leveraging relationships with center of influence to generate new client business. Strong knowledge of local community needs and demonstrated commitment to community involvement are required. Demonstrates strong relationship building skills with clients, branch managers & associates, and other internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Strong knowledge of all banking, investment, and both consumer and business lending products and services. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills.
Licenses:
Series 6 and 63 (or 66) securities licenses required, Series 7 preferred.
