Senior Manor Payments Representative Pay:
$22.00/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support high-volume payment processing, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and customer service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to balance empathy with adherence to company policies and regulations. Responsibilities Process resident assessments, rent payments, maintenance fees, care service charges, and ACH transactions. Process and post 50 to 70 customer payments daily, ensuring transactions are coded accurately and applied to the correct accounts. Monitor electronic transfers for approximately 9,000 accounts. Manage and monitor more than 12,000 accounts annually. Post payments, reconcile accounts, and balance financial records. Handle approximately 40 customer calls daily and return overnight voicemail messages. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account issues. Support collections efforts and communicate payment options to customers. Maintain accurate account records and prepare financial documentation. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in accounts receivable, billing, payment processing, banking, or customer account management. Experience in a large corporate, enterprise, healthcare, financial services, utility, or property management environment preferred. Ability to manage high-volume workloads and customer interactions. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate empathy while remaining firm regarding regulations and policies. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
