Key Responsibilities:
Processing cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and account maintenance Provide accurate product/service information and suggest appropriate IFCU solutions Open new accounts and pursue needs-based opportunities Maintain service standards, adaptable, multitasker, complete assigned duties and support the branch tea
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English + another language) preferred Strong customer service and cash handling skills Basic math, knowledge of debit/credit, familiarity with 10-key Experience in banking/financial services and sales/relationship management
